Finally got Seesmic Desktop back up and going

After a fairly rough time with Seesmic Desktop I’ve finally got a stable environment with their release of 0.4.1 today which seems to fix most of the erratic performance issues that I was seeing where my CPU was pegged and RAM usage was outa the water. This is a must do application update!

Do you use Twitter to stay in touch with your friends / colleagues / clients and just randomness of the world? If you don’t you should be because it increases the inflow of the world’s news into your life and makes it easier to stay intouch with everything. For the longest time I’ve been a very avid user of Tweetdeck, but the only complaint I’ve had with Tweetdeck is that it did not support multiple accounts. I have found my desktop solution to that with Seesmic Desktop.

As some people have found with using twitter is that it can get a little cumbersome to manage and follow. I have found two great utilities to ease the management and following of your twitter accounts.

I've been wanting to discuss some of the utilities that I have been using here as of late and give a little feed back on them. Featured in this particular article is DestroyTwitter an Adobe Air twitter client that rivals twirl and is much cleaner to work with than twirl. I will also be discussing some of the core Drupal modules that I have found to be almost essential in every Drupal site that I have been working on recently. NovaNET-WEB v10 Beta 3 was released not too long ago and I will be doing a short synopsis of the overall state of the server and client. Lastly I will be discussing a utility that has basically made my sysadmin life 100% easier since implementing and that is haproxy
