As some people have found with using twitter is that it can get a little cumbersome to manage and follow. I have found two great utilities to ease the management and following of your twitter accounts.
Tweetdeck
Tweetdeck is an Adobe Air utility that allows you filter/sort/group incoming tweets in a really easy to use interface. It's been a lifesaver for me the past 3 days that I have used it to follow, read, and sort my incoming tweets from people that I'm following. I don't really care for the messaging update portion of the utility, so I'm sticking with DestroyTwitter for that part.

HootSuite
This is the god of all twitter utilities if you have more than one account or have a business based twitter account that you have multiple people managing the account. Has full scheduling tweets capabilities, multiple account management from a single interface, multiple user collaboration, link stats if using ow.ly for link shortening, and automated tweets of RSS feeds (blog posts!!) -- All in all, great service to use if you have multiple twitter accounts.
